PROPERTY VALUES COMPLETE

In compliance with the plan of equalization by the United States Courts and Section 40-3-20 Title Code 40, the Henry County Appraisal Department has completed their review and analysis for the 2013 property assessment values.

Notices on all properties that increase over $1.00 were mailed on May 20, 2013.

All property values are open for public inspection at the Henry County Revenue Commissioner’s office.

If you wish to appeal the value placed on your property, you must file a written protest within 30 days from this notice with the Henry County Board of Equalization.
